At Vego Garden, we stand behind the durability and design of our modular garden beds. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully disassemble your garden beds and place all components, hardware, and instructions back into the original shipping boxes to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that return shipping fees may apply.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for completeness, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
